Know what finally got to me? The smell? No. Health issues? No. Cost? No. Significant other? No. Kids? No. Victims/Survivors? No. Honestly, I simply decided it was all too tedious and not worth the effort. I mean, making sure I have enough for x trip. Making sure I have a spare lighter on hand. Picking up yet another cigarette butt out of the carpet. Vacuuming (or not) where the cats flipped the ashtray. Remembering to actually stop and get some. It just struck me as pointless, stupid and tedious. Went through some horrible withdrawal but it's almost completely done with now. And, heck, that's an extra almost $200 every month!
