“So what’s with all the poster riffs, lately?”, I hear you ask. Well, it all started with this guest strip for the fine folks over at Beartoons. I was having a heck of a time with it (and ended up gridding the News Guy and Jane to get their positions right), so I took a break and drew up some other posters (which you’ve seen).
Sadly, they were mistaken in that Brittany doesn’t draw the strip anymore, but one of their readers was correct in that I totally botched Jane’s head… which is the problem when you grid something out. Sometimes you focus too much on capturing their image and forget to take a step back. In any case, pop on over and have a look!
