One thing you can count on in Michigan is that during the summer, the air is so moist that you can satisfy your thirst by breathing deeply and that in the winter, the air is skin-crackingly dry. On these fall days, though, with their 30+-degree temperature swings, the only thing you can count on is the fact that there will be fog. Oh yes… there will be fog…
This morning was just incredible. When I open the door and can’t see the buildings on the other side of the courtyard… oh you better believe that that is going to be a fun ride in…
It’s lovely out now though.

went outside this morning to verify the weatherman, and saw but a wisp of white, far down the street. but then turned the corner of the driveway, and couldn’t find the car for the enveloping cloud that had risen between the houses.
… then remembered that I’d started the dryer in the basement 30 minutes earlier, and the vent just happened to be next to the car. I’m parking at the end of the driveway until Spring.
That’s funny! I may have to try that in the morning…
The weathermen were going on and on last night about how the fog was going to be so much worse this morning, but it seemed pretty tame here in A2 as well.
I’m guessing there wasn’t much here, but I slept in this morning… federal holiday, after all.
Well, I had to work, of course, but didn’t get a chance to run down and throw on the dryer… too busy in the mornings!
