You know, for a guy that doesn’t watch Lost, I sure seem to enjoy the commercial parodies.
Regardless, it was one year ago that Brittany and I officially launched Slightly Off-Topic, and I’d like to thank you all for your kind words and encouragement. We’ve come a long way in a year, and I hope you’ve enjoyed the ride! Now that the News Guy is back at the anchor desk we can launch head-first in to year two. Since the News Guy was able to get the network to redesign his studio, we thought it might be nice to redesign the entire site (those reading this via the mirrors or rss may want to pop over to the main site for a looksee). The redesign isn’t quite finished yet, but you can see where we’re going. A little brighter, and a bit more whimsical. Let me know if you encounter any bugs.

Really like the site redesign! I just found you guys a couple of months ago, and I gotta say, I look forward to each and every update =) Love the comic; kudos on the one year mark and hopes for many more =)

Hey, wassup. Sorry I didn’t reply earlier, was dealing with some personal stuff that turned up. Anyway, what a crazy 1st panel! The “portrait” was taken from the last t-n-t strip, right? Lol….
I’ve been reading Slightly Off-Topic on and off and like the new site design lots. If you like, a bit of editing in the comicpress theme can turn your “Last” nav button to point to the latest comic instead of just the homepage. I’ll see if I can dig up that bit of code later when I’m home. Or are you fine with it as it is? Noticed you put ‘home’ in brackets there…
And why not make the comment box bigger? Hehe it’s hard to see what I typed without scrolling up. Man, I’m full of complaints, eh?

Yep, the pic was indeed pulled from your last strip. He has a good smile in that one. Send the code if you get the chance, I’m still pouring through the 2.7 theme… very different. I’ll see about making the comment box bigger. I have to admit, I didn’t even think of that. …and fair enough, T-N-T is dead. You might want to pop over to TWCL sometime… the folks there miss you!
