Happy Darwin Day, everyone. Be sure to check the Darwin Day main site for any events going on in your area. Let’s all take a moment to mutate and evolve, shall we?
Today’s strip turned out a little frustrating as there were some drawing bits that I was darn proud of, but they are obscured by the massive amounts of text. Ah well, one liners are easier, but I wanted to show that God and Darwin are probably good pals.
Oh, for those of you on the mirrors, Tuesday’s comic never made it up, so if you scroll down, you’ve got a double update.

If you’re interested in learning about the finer details of evolution, you should check out the book “Icons of Evolution”; I have it and it’s amazing the stuff you’ll learn that you never hear anywhere else! (I’m kind of a science buff, among other things. ^^)
Well, I tend to focus more on stem cells and such (day job), but I’ll check it out. Thanks for the tip.
**clap clap clap** Happy Darwin Day! Great Comic!
@Erin Blount: I call myself an “armchair scientist”… It’s like “armchair quarterback” only.. you know, science.
Thank you, thank you… you’re too kind! I’m waiting to see if you’re going to go ahead with a Nancy Drew riff over at Life’s a Witch. Mom kept our early days filled with Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys…
Love the “Beagle” reference 🙂
Yeah… had to be done. Got a bit lazy in the third panel though and just moved/shrunk Snoops rather than drawing him in another pose…
@Samantha I’m gonna use that phrase from now on, thanks for filling in for my slacking cranial thesaurus! ^^
