Did you guys catch this article yesterday? This is, without a doubt, the stupidest (non-political) article I’ve read this year.
Let’s see… sharks, which have been around for about 400 million years or so have figured out that in order to hunt, it’s best to lurk where you can see but not be seen and wait for the small and weak to become isolated… oh and if you can manage to hunt alone, you don’t have to share.

Yeah… there’s a rule amongst webcomickers (that I break regularly) that if one must blog beneath their strip, then it must never serve to explain the strip. However, as the comic serves as an opportunity for me to talk to you folks *and* I occasionally want to talk about something obscure (or inane in this case), I can not always comply. It’s on days like today that I think the blog should come first *then* the strip…
The best part is when that guy says the study revealed nothing new! It’s so easy to skew the results of an experiment if you’ve already got the answers…

I always take these reports with a grain of salt. I remember a fine New England Journal of Medicine article showing how electric razors cause leukemia… of course, the incidence of leukemia in their study was *lower* than the incidence in the natural (wild) population… Wacky scientists…
