Oh, L’il Kim, you’re so silly! If you want to be a recurring character in the comic strip, you just have to ask. There’s no reason to run around shouting things and making people nervous.
Hey, if you’d be willing to leave the country for a day, The News Guy would love to do an interview. We can’t let him travel in to North Korea though because we’ve heard how you treat journalists there. But say the word and we’ll meet you in Hong Kong for noodles and a Coke.
On second thought, make that noodles and an Evian. You do not need any caffeine in your diet!
On a lighter note, it seems that Randall Munroe caught the same viewing of Wargames that I did. At least we went in totally different directions with it. Of course, his is funnier. I hate when that happens.

Niiice. Hilarious as always, Dave! And it is always funny to see a common thread in the minds of different people… unless, of course, [cue dramatic music]
…You are Randall Munroe!
Looking forward to more of The Adventures of L’il Kim as well as part 3 of 3 of the Michigan campaign (unless I somehow missed it over the weekend…).
Nope… sitting on my hard drive waiting for final lettering. It’s timeless, so any news commentary strips tend to bump it so that any necessary discussion on the topical issues can happen.
The last place he should be is on a Butterfree. Not only does he have access to nuclear weaponry, but he’s on the back of a Pokemon that can use “Confusion” attack?!
Really? I thought the Confusion attack is what made it so fitting!
finally, a reference to something from my childhood I care about… War Games!
Well, we do try and turn over every leaf in the yard!
