First and foremost, that courthouse image in the fourth panel is *not* mine. PhantomFraggmentor took it, and you can find it over on DeviantArt. When I started writing this story, I started feeling a wee bit home sick and decided that I *had* to have an image of the Courthouse (one of the great courthouses, by the way) as my desktop. A google search later, I had found the image… it’s framed so very nicely… it’s a great pick… but then I ran into the problem that I don’t really like photographs as my desktop wallpaper… it… distracts me and makes the icon text hard to focus on…
A few minutes with Photoshop later, and I came up with this:
Which actually works very well as a desktop… to my eyes anyways… it has a nice watercolor-y feel, though still a bit too detailed, at full res. So, nostalgia satiated.
So with that said, it’s time to get on with the story of one man’s incompetence…
