So, I’ll assume you’ve all seen Thor by now, but for the record you shouldn’t consider anything here a spoiler other than the fact that no one trusts Loki, and he tends to see himself as put upon by the universe…
So, I finally got to see the movie on Sunday afternoon, and it was a hoot. I must admit that I was convinced that they’d never be able to pull off a Thor movie, but the continue to impress. The movie was… fun. Now, Marvel seems to have chosen the Thor movies to act as exposition for how the universe works, and they continue to do so in this sequel, but there’s much more story than in the first offering.
If you guys have seen it, we can discuss specifics in the comments (don’t read those if you haven’t seen it), but for now I’ll just say it’s worth the popcorn money…
Oh… and there are two credit scenes… one of which explains where they’ll be going with Thanos…
…and once again, Kat Denning was not revealed to be Hela… bummer.
So, after being defeated, does the new villain regenerate as David Tennant? 😉
Well, I don’t know if Tennant would show up, but I always assumed they cast a Timelord in the part of the villian to make it easier to bring him back for a sequel! 🙂
