Well, careful what you tweet because what did I find in my inbox today? A bit of fan art from Genuine Draft’s own Jim Miller. I’m actually in the process of working up a guest strip for his anniversary celebration, so this was unexpected and is quite appreciated. The News Guy in Lego is AWESOME!!!

A fine comic??? Okay. It’s got elements of my upcoming holiday storyline in it. Teaser. It took longer than any of my own comics to make. Had a lot of fun. Now I just need to finish the next 65or so then it will be more fun. I may have to make another just because of the time spent on things. Thanks guys.
No, no… the comic is great… but it’s my site, so I at least get to believe that I have at least one on here that is better.
Seriously though… I’m amazed how you get these all together and photographed. Looks like a LOT of work… and can you show my how you made the fire effect sometime as I can never seem to nail it.
The fire effect is simple, google fire in images and modify the one you like to suit your needs. I also have explosions I use as well.
