A bit targeted in the intended audience, this probably makes most sense if you’re a fan of this or this. Regardless, it would be nice to see another movie pop up every once in a while. It would, of course, have to fall into the timeline before the final episode, but I’m pretty sure that it would find it’s base…

You know, if you take out the music CD there’s room in the box for the movie right between the fifth and sixth dvd.

It depends on which box set you purchased, of course, but I do take your point. My first box set was an ebay acquisition of the Perfect set. Undoubtedly a bootleg, but very good quality. My family was kind enough to upgrade me to the Remix edition, though…
I got “The Perfect Sessions Limited Edition Boxed DVD Set” according to the front of the box, six DVDs with coordinating covers and all that jazz, too bad the movie cover I got didn’t match though.
One thing I did find disappointing about it though, the music CD didn’t have “The Real Folk Blues” on it so I had to burn a custom copy with that as the final track.
That set if on the short list of things to grab if the house ever catches on fire.
Seems reasonable to me! I actually picked up the 4-CD sessions CD with the live tracks plus the music from the show (the dialogue tracks are a bit pointless though). It gets heavy rotation in iTunes.
I’ll have to see if I can *cough* “find” that set somehow…
